Program setting
You must set the parameters before you perform a new program.
In the main menu, click program，enter the program setting window，all the already set program will be shown in it. If you want to add a new one, click new, the new program window will popup, here are the parameter (take HbsAg for example):
Program：Input English program name，e.g. HbsAg.（necessary）
Full name：Input the full name of the program，e.g.” hepatitis B surface antigen”（you can ignore it）
Reagent：Input the reagent manufacturer name，you can ignore it.
First wavelength：450 ,According to the reagent instruction
Second wavelength：Choose 630 （recommendatory）
Calibration mode：According to the reagent instruction e.g.Cut-Off（usually used in qualitative program）
Double sample：Each sample do two tests and take the average for result.（usually not choose） Blank≤0.05 （use default）Click 》》 to enter the next setting window.
Cuf-Off Expressions：According to the reagent instructions. E.g.：2.100 * NC +0.000 * PC +0.000
Range of Negative：According to the reagent instructions.E.g.0.050~3.500
Range of Positive：According to the reagent instructions.E.g.0.000~3.500
Double of Control：Set to use double control e.g. two negative two positive, usually not used.click 》》 to enter the next setting window.
Qualitative：According to its judge method，this program use“Positive threshold value”Negative ≤ 1.0 S/Co Positive > 1.0 S/Co (the two parameters usually not changed)
Normal：Input normal range, this program 0.000~1.000
Notes：Positive threshold range 0~1，negative threshold range 1~9999
