BMR series medium-scale fermentor The fermentors of this series are fit for medium-scale research or small-scale production. The structure and parameters are approach industrial scale product. Total volume: up to you Material of vessel: 316L stainless steel or 321,304 Sterilize: SIP Standard autocontrol parameters such as: Temperature: PID with pulse-width modulation of heater in waterbath & cooling water pH：PID with pulse-width modulation. Two pumps each assignable to function for acid and alkali. DO: controlled via agitation, air flowrate or other parameters Agitation: continuous change Feeding: on/off control with a pump Anti-foam: PID on/off control with a pump Additional functions: air flowrate(auto), pressure, online methanol/alcohol/ glucose / special amino acid concentration, turbidity coefficient, and so on Control system: BMR-A series controller
