The use of DNA-Cleaning Column allows for easy separation of supernatant from lytic cell content and removes genomic DNA. It is time-saving; this kind of RNA-only Column can efficiently bind to RNA with the help of a unique formula, while processing a large number of samples.
The whole system is RNase-free, extracting miRNA without degradation; Buffer miRW1、Buffer miRW2 rinsing system make it possible for obtained RNA free from protein DNA, ions, and organic compounds contamination.
