I. Application: (Automatic control)
MED-35HD vertical steam sterilizer is composed of LCD screen, automatic control program, built-in electric heater, safety valve, pressure and temperature display, sterilization end alarm and automatic cut-off of heating power. The container has the advantages of reliable disinfection and sterilization effect, convenient operation, safe use, power saving, durability, and low price. It is an ideal equipment for disinfection and sterilization of surgical instruments, dressings, utensils, culture media, etc. by medical and health, scientific research and other units.
II. Features
1. Automatic computer control, LCD screen display working status and data, touch buttons, automatic control of the sterilization process.
2. The whole machine is made of thick stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant, easy to clean, and has a long service life
3. Devices, dressings, and liquids are in fixed modes, user can define setting programs,drying function
4. Safety system: over-temperature, over-pressure automatic protection device, overload and leakage protector, overheat protection, water shortage protection
5. Equipped with full stroke safety valve. When the pressure in the sterilizer exceeds the allowable higher use range, the safety valve automatically starts to release overpressure steam
6. Equipped with automatic cold air discharge device, automatic steam discharge function after sterilization
7. Handwheel translation type quick opening door structure,with appointment and preheating functions
8. Safety interlocking device, with safe quick opening function
9. With drying function
