These syringes are intended for high pressure applications with good resistance
to most aggressive liquids. All syringe barrels and plungers are manufactured
with #316 stainless steel. Syringes are fully autoclavable.
Syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 750 psi.
8 mL syringes are guaranteed to be leak free to pressures in excess of 1500 psi.
3 Viton? O'Rings are included in each syringe. 2 on the plunger, 1 on the tip. Replacement O'Ring sets in Viton? or Chemraz? materials are available.

Tubing will outlast and outperform virtually all other food grade tubing. Industrial
Grade Tubing outlasts and outperforms other specialty rubber tubing. It will not
weaken or crack after years of exposure to heat and ozone. Chemical Resistant Tubing provides the most flexibility,
highest temperature resistance and longest pump life available in a clear, plasticizer/oil free tubing. Ultra Chemical Resistant Tubing
is virtually unaffected by acids, bases, ketones, salts and alcohols fitting the requirements of many applications from battery acid filling to hazardous material handling. |
Peristaltic Pump Head Kits
The PERI-HEAD-KIT-YG4 is a 4 roller 1/16"ID
tubing kit for low volume, higher precision dispensing. Maximum dispense rate is 75 mL/min. This kit includes green 4 roller head, 4 ft. of tubing, 1-3/4" nylon clamp ties, reduction couplers, and a vial of lubricant.
The PERI-HEAD-KIT-YB2 is a 2 roller 3/16"ID
tubing kit. Maximum dispense rate is 775 mL/min. This kit includes blue 2 roller head, 4 ft. of tubing, 1-3/4" nylon clamp ties and a vial of lubricant.
The PERI-HEAD-KIT-HGC2 is a 2 roller 1/4"ID
tubing kit. Maximum dispense rate is 1000 mL/min. This kit includes clear 2 roller head, 4 ft. of tubing, 1-3/4" nylon clamp ties and a vial of lubricant.
