Date Palm Direct PCR Kit provides an efficient, rapid DNA extraction method for palm plants. Compared with traditional CTAB, SDS method, eliminating the tedious method of operation, avoid the application of toxic phenol, chloroform and other organic reagents, extraction of real operating time of less than 20min. This kit can be obtained within 1h higher concentrations of genomic DNA, can be used for PCR amplification.
Extraction principle
DNA extraction is highly efficient solution, prevents DNA in the DNA extraction process degradation. Boiling extraction process can be cleaved nuclei, releasing DNA, while denature proteins become insoluble matter, and finally chelating metal ions and other non-DNA constituents (such as protein) can be removed by centrifugation, and the extraction can decrease the inhibiting substance in PCR reaction, so that the increased sensitivity of PCR.
