Laboratory bench is one of the basic equipment of laboratories in various industries. all-steel laboratory bench is one new generation of environmental protection product, non-toxic, tasteless and pollution-free, ensuring the safety and health of laboratory operators.

Features
Worktop: use 12.7mm thick solid core physiochemical board(epoxy resin board or ceramic board/stainless and stone is optional), the fringe is thickened to 25.4mm, acid and alkali resistance, waterproof, easy to be washed.

All Steel Structure Cabinet Body:
use 1.0-1.2mm thick cold-roll steel sheet or galvanized steel sheet, hollow design for people to sit down, all steel integrative cabinet body, with surface treated by pickling and phosphating, and electrostatic coated by epoxy resin, acid and alkali resistance, good corrosion resistant
-Slide rail: use advanced 3-link mute slide rail, no noise, high strength and open-close can reach over 100,000 times.
-Hinge: use high quality steel hinges, opening angle 110⁰, no noise, no spring back, high strength and can not easily be broken.
-Handle: use dark type aluminium alloy handle or bent integrative handle(bright type stainless handle is available), strong solid and elegant appearance.

Optional Accessories

• Water Sink/Flume: is made of 6 mm thick PP material, acid-base resistance, one integrative type.
• Water Tap/Faucet/ Nozzle: use steeliness 3-outlet white/gray water faucets, the water faucet is fine tip nozzle type, high head, single nozzle 360° rotation, is convenient for multipurpose use, user can dismantle it to clean the scale. with the slow pressure function; the surface has epoxy resin spray coating, ceramic valve core; the outlet is dismountable, with formation thread inside, which can be connected conveniently to special water pipe.
• Pegboard/Drip Rack/Drop Water Device: use anti-syphon type water container, having the function of blocking stink and water pipe blocking, and easy to dismantle and maintain.
• Two/Three-layer Reagent Rack: upright column adopts high quality square steel sections welding molding, spec is 50*100, surface is coated with epoxy resin powder, firm structure(strong solid) anti-corrosion and elegant appearance.

reagent rack panel: use 8mm thick single side frosting high quality tempered glass, all round trim treatment, smooth and not easy to hurt the hands; matched with glass supporting panel and steel sheet bent hook. the height can be adjusted freely according to comfortable requests; both sides are matched with high quality guard bar with functions of anticollision and prevent vessels from dropping, elegant appearance and useful.

• Trunking/Socket Box: made of 18mm dampproof panel with branded multifunctional socket

Packaging&Shipping

They would be packed in cartons (FCL) or plywood cases(LCL, then on pallets) in assembled or disassembled state.

Zambia Customer Visit
The Zambia customer only 1 guy, who ordered 13 fume hoods 1600*850*2350mm, and another 40 ones are under discussion, just wait for the goverment prodecure, will be confirmed soon.
We have further discussion for future cooperation like warehouse for our lab furniture, and they company will pay a visit again in 2018.

Zimbabwe Customer Visit
who ordered six lab fume hoods 1200*850*2350mm (also 2 emergency shower eye washes and 40 water taps)as trial order, they came to check the goods before shipping.
The coming sample order: island bench 3000*1500*850mm and wall bench 1500*750*850mm &wall cabinet 1500*350*600mm intended for their showing room.
And we both hope to extend our products to Zimbabwe and countries nearby, and the sole distribution agreement under discussion.
