          24 Chromatrap®  Protein-A  based spin-columns, buffers and reagents for enzymatic shearing of chromatin, for ChIP assays.
          

          The kit contains sufficient Protein-A based spin-columns, buffers and reagents to perform 24 chromatin immunoprecipitation assays and up to 10 chromatin preparations.
          

          Standard kits contain all of the buffers and filter materails, but do not contain the positive or negative control antibodies.
