Advanced Reagent Delivery System

No calibration is needed.
All reagents are delivered either by pressure-based Flex-Add delivery system or precalibrated pumping system.

This means you can always be confident that the right amount of each reagent is delivered every time at volumes as low as 0.25mL. The Liberty PRIME provides calibration-free reagent delivery that is ideal for GMP processes.

Features

The Liberty PRIME features two methods of reagent delivery: CEM's patented Flex-Add critical reagent delivery, and a new pre-calibrated pumping system. This system includes true, internal fiber-optic temperature control.  The Liberty PRIME has a 0.05 – 0.4 mmol scale range and can synthesize a wide variety of peptide and peptide derivatives.
