 (Click to see larger image) This motor-drive coarse manipulator is used to position a pipette within the microscope's field of view, where it can then be micromanipulated more precisely with a fine hydraulic micromanipulator such as the MMO-4. It is controlled remotely using the electronic joystick. The Z-axis moves at double the speed of X/Y-axis, to facilitate changing samples rapidly. The MM-94 includes the drive unit for right-sided use, the joystick controller, and a dual control unit / power supply. * The MM-94 is the model for right-sided use, while the MM-94B is for left-sided use. For a full setup, with manipulation on both sides, you can add the MM-94B, and the two units can share the same control unit / power supply that comes with the MM-94. For a smaller footprint on your microscope table, the MM-94 control box can be held vertically with the use of the control box stand (PS-1). Specification
