細(xì)胞被均勻地限制/壓縮在兩個(gè)亞微米分辨率的兩個(gè)平行表面之間。
不同的限制高度（例如1um – 300um）
允許長期細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)和細(xì)胞增殖，同時(shí)保持對封閉的完美控制
與高分辨率光學(xué)顯微鏡系統(tǒng)兼容
可以處理足夠多的細(xì)胞以進(jìn)行完整的基因表達(dá)分析
