Previously calculated using Rheumatoid Factor IgM ELISA Kit from Alpco, Cat#GD023-RUO, which has been discontinued. A new Anti-Rheumatoid Factor IgM ELISA Kit has been tested. Both ELISAs were calibrated against the 1st British Rheumatoid Factor Standard 64/2. There has been no change in the processing of the material as compared to previous lots. Comparisons were made using the last Alpco kit available, past results for previous lots, and testing of past lots against the new ELISA.
