Buy Purified Native Human Apolipoprotein A2 (ApoA2), Human Plasma. 25% of Apo A in HDL is Apo AII. Levels of Apo AII in normal plasma range from 30-50 mg per 100 ml. The physiological role of the protein is unknown. Alcohol consumption, however, increases Apo AII levels. Purity: >=95% by SDS-PAGE. Single band on polyacrylamide electrophoresis under reduced conditions. Prepared from plasma shown to be non reactive for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-HBc, and negative for anti-HIV 1 & 2 by FDA approved tests.
