Compatible with LightCycler? 480 cyclers. Rimmed wells minimize cross contamination and facilitate sealing. Easy to read, contrasting alphanumeric labels. Low profile plates are recommended for volumes of less than 50μl. Thin well walls provide rapid, even heat transfer for reliable amplifications.
