PlateOne? polypropylene plates are ideal for assays, sample prep, sample analysis, storage, or screening when chemical resistance, reduced sample binding, centrifugation, or temperature extremes are required. PlateOne features high contrast alphanumerics and well shape identification, excellent sealing, high clarity, and SBS/ANSI standard dimensions. Certified RNase, DNase, and DNA free. Non-sterile plates may be centrifuged at 6,000 x g for up to 20 minutes at 4°C, or 60 minutes at ambient temperatures. PlateOne has a fuctional temperature range of -86°C to +121°C. Working volume: 15-140 μl. Total volume: 150 μl. Plates measure 127.8 mm L x 85.5 mm W x 14.4 mm H. The wells are 11.6 mm deep. PlateOne is an exclusive USA Scientific brand. ?
