Use sealing films to eliminate well-to-well contamination, microbial and viral contamination, and sample spillage. Non breathable membranes prevent evaporation.
Breathe-Easy? is an adhesive, gas-permeable, cell culture membrane. It is made of 1 mil thick polyurethane. It is UV transparent to 300 nm and can be used in temperature range of -80 to 100 °C.
Breathe-EASIER? is a rapid gas transmissable sealing membrane for cell growth. Breathe-Easier membranes permit rapid, consistent gas exchange of Oxygen, CO2 and water vapor for uniform cell. It is made of 5.5 mil thick non-woven rayon. It is not UV transparent and can be used in temperature range of -20 to 80 °C.
AluminaSeal? is non-cytotoxic and sterile and is resistant to DMSO, chemicals, solvents and other common reagents. It can be used for Cold and PCR Storage in a temperature range of -80 to 110 °C. It is made of 2.7 mil aluminum and is not gas permeable or UV transparent.
HotSeal? is a PCR sealing film for use in the temperature range of -40 to 125 °C. It is made of 2.3 mil polyester and is not gas permeable or UV transparent.
PCRSeal? has a high optical quality, minimal autofluorescence and resists DMSO and organic solvents. It is RNase and DNase free. It is for use in the temperature range of -70 to 100 °C. It is made of 2 mil polyolefin and is not gas permeable or UV transparent.
