Use this sturdy apparatus for a visual demonstration of varying rates of reaction.
Simply fill the syringes (the entire lab takes five minutes to set up), then press the plunger board down and watch as the solutions in 10 beakers change one at a time from clear to deep blue. The more concentrated the solution, the less time it takes for each solution to change color. Includes: syringe holder, plunger apparatus, syringes, stoppers, beakers and a teacher's guide. (Please note: Ring stand, sodium bisulfite, sulfuric acid, potassium iodate and soluble starch are required but not included.)
