Ramping feature slowly increases speed to set point for added safety
The triple eccentric drive features permanently lubricated ball bearings. The maintenance-free, brushless DC motor provides a long service life. A Lexan? polycarbonate lid permits viewing of samples from all sides without disturbing internal temperature. Included tray can be used as a platform for mounting Erlenmeyer flask clamps, test tube racks, or microplate holders.
Independent LED display features speed, temperature, and time. Easy-to-use controls allow users to adjust temperature in 1°C increments. Temperature calibration mode allows users to calibrate the unit to an external temperature device. Timer will display elapsed time, or, when programmed to user-defined limit, will count down to zero and shut off unit. Audible alarm sounds when time reaches zero. Durable base is constructed of cast aluminum for extra stability.
Certifications: RoHS certified. CSA Listed. Calibrated Shakers include a Troemner ISO/IEC Accredited Calibration Certificate traceable to NIST. The ISO/IEC 17025 Accredited Calibration Certificate includes multiple data points within the temperature and speed range and time function with the associated uncertainties. Troemner is accredited by NVLAP under Laboratory Code 105013-0 to perform ISO/IEC 17025 calibrations.
