Small, reliable tube furnaces are designed to meet specific needs of chemical and industrial laboratories, as well as universities
Units are available with a 16-segment programmable controller (for ramps and dwells) or single-setpoint controller. Chamber temperature and setpoint temperature are displayed simultaneously on LED display. Each furnace comes equipped with a Type-K thermocouple. The split-hinge design permits easy observation, convenient placement of the process tube, rapid fixturing, and overall ease of operation. Safety power disconnect switch shuts off power to heating elements when furnace is opened. Includes over-temperature protection through primary controller.
Furnaces combine innovative furnace design technology with Moldatherm?, a unique ceramic fiber insulation and heating element composite.
Ordering information: Furnaces feature a one-year parts and labor warranty. Furnaces come with 3m (10') power cord and plug. Process tubes not included. Optional RS-485 data connection port is available on all models; contact your VWR sales representative.
