10X ThermoPol Reaction Buffer is optimized for use with VentR? and Deep VentR? DNA Polymerases
This buffer also provides superior reaction conditions for other thermophilic DNA polymerases, including Taq DNA Polymerase, as well as various other DNA and RNA modifying enzymes.
