A pre-mixture of DNA marker, loading buffer and a proprietary fluorescent DNA visualization dye that can be applied directly to the gel.
EZ-Vision? Ladders are a mixture of DNA, loading buffer and a non-toxic, non-mutagenic fluorescent DNA dye. These ladders can be seen immediately after electrophoresis, without additional staining.
The 1 kb ladder consists of 10 double-stranded bands with molecular weights between 200 and 10,000 bp. The intensity of individual bands varies to facilitate easy identification.
