Description	Purity: > 80% by SDS - PAGE Format: Liquid. In 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) containing 0.15M NaCl, 10% glycerol. CCNB1, also known as cyclin B1, is a regulatory protein involved in mitosis. This protein complexes with p34(cdc2) to form the maturation-promoting factor (MPF). Two alternative transcripts have been found, a constitutively expressed transcript and a cell cycle-regulated transcript that is expressed predominantly during G2/M phase. The different transcripts result from the use of alternate transcription initiation sites. Recombinant human CCNB1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
