| Description | The antibody detects a 100 kDa protein corresponding to the molecular mass of α-actinins on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431 and Jurkat cells, as well as rabbit spleen fibroblasts. The antibody may detect all four α-actinin family members. |
