Recombinant human PDCD1LG2 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli. MW: 22.8 kDa (204 aa, 20-200 aa + His Tag), confirmed by MALDI-TOF. (MW on SDS-PAGE shifts up).
