The ROBO1 Antibody has been validated for the following applications: Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin, Immunohistochemistry-Frozen. Specificity: We have tested this by Western blotting on human lung and brain and have seen no band corresponding to the expected size for robo1, however we are aware that expression of this protein is very low in most tissues |
