Product Name	Human CCL22/MDC PicoKine? Fast ELISA Kit
Description	The Fast version of Picokine ELISA kits, assay takes less than 1.5 hours. Detect Human CCL22 with <1pg/ml sensitivity. Format: 96-well plate with removable strips. Compatible samples: cell culture supernates, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). This is a TMB colorimetric sandwich ELISA kit with short assay time and fast experiment set up. CCL22 tissue specificity: Highly expressed in macrophage and in monocyte-derived dendritic cells, and thymus. Also found in lymph node, appendix, activated monocytes, resting and activated macrophages. Lower expression in lung and spleen. Very weak expression in small intestine. In lymph node expressed in a mature subset of Langerhans' cells (CD1a+ and CD83+). Expressed in Langerhans' cell histiocytosis but not in dermatopathic lymphadenopathy. Expressed in atopic dermatitis, allergic contact dermatitis skin, and psoriasis, in both the epidermis and dermis. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. Immunogen sequence: G25-Q93. Sample Types: cell culture supernates, cell lysates, serum and plasma (heparin, EDTA). Range: 31.2pg/ml-2000pg/ml. Sensitivity: <1pg/ml
