| Description | Mouse Anti-ABCC2 (AA 1339-1541) Recombinant Antibody (CBFYM-0821). This product is mouse antibody that recognizes ABCC2. The antibody CBFYM-0821 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ICC, IHC-Fr, IHC-P, WB. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the superfamily of ATP-binding cassette transporters. ABC proteins transport various molecules across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. ABC genes are divided into seven distinct subfamilies. This protein is a member of the MRP subfamily which is involved in multi-drug resistance. This protein is expressed in the canalicular part of the hepatocyte and functions in biliary transport.
