| Description | HRAS / H-Ras Antibody (aa62-76) LS-C38766. Recognizes phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated human, rat and mouse ras. Does not cross-react with the rap protein. Neutralizes the biological and biochemical activities by binding to residues E63, S65, A66, M67, Q70 and R73. Positive Controls: SW480 or Y1 cells (IF and IP); normal skin (IHC, frozen and paraffin); A431, Hela or ML-1 cells (WB). |
