Description	The Ansh Labs' Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) Dried Blood Spot ELISA kit is a quantitative three-step sandwich immunoassay. DBS specimens stability makes it a practical alternative to venous blood and opens new possibilities in AMH testing, such as comparison of historical to current patient results or collecting and mailing samples from remote locations or home-bound patients. This is useful for monitoring ovarian function of physically challenged cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. The AMH ELISA kit is specific to human AMH (associated form) and detects the full length and enhanced biologically active associated forms of human AMH. Wide dynamic range of 0.11-13.05 ng/mL allows for studies in a variety of physiological states without repeat testing of samples. Sensitive to 35 pg/mL. Total 2.5 hour incubation at RT.
