Application Notes:Anti-APC Magnetic Particles can be used for the separation of any cell type stained with an APC-conjugated primary antibody. In general, a very bright fluorescence staining is obtained when using APC-conjugated primary antibodies, which makes Anti-APC Magnetic Particles especially suitable for the separation and subsequent detection of cells with weakly expressed markers. Anti-APC Magnetic Particles are also recommended for the enrichment of antigen-specific T cells after labeling with APC-conjugated peptide/MHC-tetramers.
