| Description | Product Specifications Recombinant HCV NS3 Antigen:Description and biological activity: Material produced in E. coli as a fusion protein with human superoxide dismutase (SOD). It covers Ala 1192 to Cys 1457 of the HCV (HCV-1 strain) polyprotein. Its MW is 45,000. It is equivalent to the c33c antigen. Purity: Over 95% purity. Storage: Store at -80 °C. Stable for at least one year. Formulation: Solution a 1mg/ml in 50mM Tris-HCl, 50mM NaCl, 10mM DTT, 1mM EDTA (pH 7.4). |
