| Description | ADAM10 IgG fraction antibody is directed against human ADAM10 protein. The product was purified from monospecific antiserum by DEAE chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with ADAM10 protein from human, bovine and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. Partial reactivity is expected against ADAM10 from mouse based on a single amino acid change relative to this sequence. Reactivity against homologues from other sources is not known. |
