| Description | Mouse Anti-ACAN Recombinant Antibody (BC-14). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human Aggrecan. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, ELISA, IHC, IHC-P, IHC-Fr. ACAN belongs to the aggrecan/versican proteoglycan family. The encoded protein is an integral part of the extracellular matrix in cartilagenous tissue and it withstands compression in cartilage. Mutations in this gene may be involved in skeletal dysplasia |
