| Description | The antibody was cross adsorbed to unmethylated Sox2 (Lys-119) peptide before affinity purification using methylated-Sox2 (Lys-119) peptide. This antibody antibody detects a 34 kDa protein on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of mouse F9 stem cells, as well as human Sox2 recombinant protein that was methylated by Set7 methyltransferase. |
