Description	Epitope: N-terminal, polyQ. MW1 is specific for the elongated polyQ stretch through which mHtt aggregates. The epitope is hidden in aggregates. This antibody is also known as anti-polyQ. Appears to recognize an altered conformation of the polyQ domain generated as the polyQ domain of Htt increases in length. Time-resolved Foerster resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET) assay has been developed using MW1 to assay soluble huntingtin. PMID: 22365609 23966247 23626768 23100324 22984513. RRID:AB_528290
