| Description | Immunohistochemistry was performed frozen fixed (4% paraformaldehyde) sections; migrating neural crest, DRG, outer ectodermal layer (except neural tube). Immunization was on 12/8/84, 12/31/84, 1/24/85, and 2/15/85 using 600 micrograms of protien injection 3 days after each boost. |
