| Description | This antibody was affinity purified using Semaphorin 6A (a.a. 772-787) peptide (without carrier). The antibody detects a 120kDa protein corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of Sema-6A on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of Sema-6A transfected COS7 cells, human colorectal cancer cells, and rat PC12 cells. In addition, shRNA knockdown of Sema-6A expression significantly reduces detection of Sema-6A using anti-Sema-6A (a.a. 772-787) antibody. |
